Hannah

Hannah Thomas is the on-site owner of the Goddard School of Bare Hills in Maryland. Hannah has lived in Maryland since 1995 and was raised in the Goddard School of Marriottsville, MD. Her passion for the Goddard School has only grown since childhood and she is passionate about providing a quality early childhood education that will make an impact in a child’s life. Hannah received her undergraduate and graduate degree in Environmental Engineering. She is so happy to continue to grow her passion for early childhood education at The Goddard School of Bare Hills. In her spare time Hannah enjoys to travel and play volleyball!
Sheeba

Sheeba Mathew is the proud owner of three Goddard Schools in Maryland. Sheeba opened her first Goddard School of Marriottsville, MD in 2003 and her passion for the Goddard system grew even more when she opened her second school in Frederick, MD in 2016. Sheeba is now the proud owner of the Goddard School of Bare Hills, MD alongside her daughter and son-in-law. She is originally from Texas and has been in Maryland since 1990. She has two daughters, one of whom is one of the first graduates from the Goddard School in Marriottsville. Sheeba loves the responsibility of educating and nurturing young children. In her spare time, Sheeba enjoys traveling with her family and friends!

Hi! My name is Cydnee! I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Management and Leadership and have been dedicated to the field of early childhood education for 20 years. I am passionate about working with young children, as their energy, curiosity, and joy make every day fulfilling and fun. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling to new places, crafting, and exploring fresh ideas that spark creativity. These hobbies inspire me to bring new perspectives and excitement to the classroom.

Ms Andrea

Hello! My name is Andrea. I am so excited to be a part of the Goddard School family. I enjoy working with children of all ages. I have been working with children since 2002 and I truly love to watch them grow and learn. I've taken numerous courses and trainings in Early Childhood Education. I earned my preschool and infant/toddler certifications in 2001 and school age certification in 2002. I am currently taking courses toward my Associates Degree. I am a single mother of one son and enjoy reading, exercising, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Hi! My name is Azza! I am very excited to be a member of The Goddard School in Bare Hills family. I have my Associate's degree in early childhood education as well as my Bachelor's degree in Social Work related to children. I have worked in Goddard Schools since 2018. I have several certifications through the state of Maryland including 90-hour Preschool, Special Education, and Child Health, Safety, and Nutrition. I have worked with children of all ages. Nothing makes me happier than watching young children grow! I love spending my free time watching cartoons and listening to music.

Hi! My name is Barbara! I have three grown children who make me proud every day. After graduating with degrees in Sociology and Counseling from Rosemont College and Villanova, respectively, I spent many years working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings. I’m excited to be here at Goddard working with the younger children. In my free time I like to spend time with my friends and family, and read.

Hi! My name is Chrissy. I've been working in child care since 2000 and have been part of the Goddard School since 2006 when I begin working at Mike & Janelle's school in Sparks. I have my Infant/Toddler and Preschool Certifications and my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development from Community College of Baltimore County. I joined the Goddard School in Bare Hills when it opened. I love to be a part of helping children learn and grow. I enjoy going to the beach, going camping, relaxing at home with my husband and dog named Raven, and cheering for the Ravens!

Hi! My Name is Katherine! I am currently an office aid, but I am currently working on my Infant/Toddler Certification to become a lead teacher. I received my Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from Washington College in 2016 and spent a few years training as a hospital Chaplain before deciding to work in childcare. I have always loved infants and young children and I am so happy to be helping them every day! In my free time, I like to read historical fiction novels and snuggle with my yellow lab.

I received my Preschool Certification in 2015. I have been working with children since 2009. I received my Associate's Degree from Community College of Baltimore County in 2008 and my Bachelor's Degree from Ashford University in 2016 in Early Childhood Education. I have been working with children since I was just 14 years old - first babysitting, then child care centers, and now The Goddard School (since 2013)! I enjoy teaching children and watching them master new skills! In my spare time, I enjoy taking trips and spending time with my family and friends.
