Betty Sullivan is the matriarch of Architessa. Betty has been a key leader for Architectural Ceramics (now Architessa) since 2001. Under Betty’s leadership AC has increased revenues sevenfold! In the mid 1990’s, Betty was the president of an Intellectual Property Licensing firm where she partnered with major corporations to provide patent licensing, mastered negotiating skills, and managed high powered patent attorneys. Prior to her work with patent licensing she had retail experience with United Colors of Benneton and L&L Bakeries opening stores and streamlining production.

David has worked with Architessa for over 15 years and has been President of the company for the past 4 years. At the age of 15 he started making deliveries for the family business. He worked with the business part-time in various facets throughout his teenage years and college. After receiving a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University, David jumped right into full time sales with the company. David holds a CCTS (Certified Ceramic Tile Salesperson), has served on the National Kitchen and Bath Association Board and is currently an active member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, NARI, NKBA, NVBIA, NAHB and ASID.
