EVAN FEINBERG, VMD
VMDDr. Evan Feinberg is the owner of Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital. He was born and raised in Pikesville,MD and received his VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. Dr. Feinberg opened Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital in 1996 to provide the area with a small, family oriented practice where people and their pets could feel like family. When not working, Dr. Feinberg enjoys spending time with his wife Kathleen and their children and cats.

THOMAS VINSON, DVM
DVMDr. Thomas Vinson is originally from Virginia Beach, VA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech) in 2008. After practicing for two years in Charlottesville, VA, he decided to pursue further training. Dr. Vinson completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at Georgia Veterinary Specialists in Atlanta, GA followed by an emergency and critical care internship at VCA Veterinary Referral Associates in Gaithersburg, MD. He remained at VCA for a second year as a staff emergency veterinarian before heading to Los Angeles where he completed a cardiology internship at Animal Specialty and Emergency Center. He is excited to join the staff at Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital and looks forward to providing quality veterinary care for your pets. In his free time, Dr. Vinson enjoys friends and family, hiking, camping, and playing a variety of sports

Rebecca Dreizen
DVMDr. Rebecca Dreizen was born and raised in Owings Mills, Maryland. Dr. Dreizen earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Miami in 2015. She worked as a Veterinary Assistant at our very own Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital before heading North to attend veterinary school in Massachusetts. She graduated from Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in 2021 and completed a rigorous one-year rotating medicine and surgery internship at Friendship Hospital for Animals in DC. Dr. Dreizen is so excited to be back home and re-join the SVVH team! As a mental health advocate, she values the importance of the human-animal bond and the significant role it plays in human mental health. In her free time, you can find her running and hiking outdoors, spending quality time with family and binge-watching Netflix with her sweet little chiweenie, Marley.
